Public Act 96-0434 (Effective 8/13/2009)

On August 13, 2009 Governor Quinn signed into law PA 96-0434, which creates two new School Code provisions that require school districts to annually prepare an itemized salary compensation report for every employee holding an administrative certificate and working in that capacity.
