"Smart Talk"
Parent Education Program
Smart Talk offers parental education programs that encourage development of infants and toddlers, as well as support and training for parents and other family members.
This program is geared toward expectant parents and parents with children ages birth to 5 years. Program topics for parental education include:

- Prenatal and Postnatal Care
- Family Structure, Function and Management
- Postitive Parenting Skills
- Interpersonal Family Relationships
- Prevention of Child Abuse
- Stimulation of Children's Language Development
